Version 6 - Set your Network Adapter

Most desktop computers only have one network adapter, however if you are using an All-in-One desktop, Laptop or Tablet you will have multiple network adapters and need to tell BlueNote the correct adapter to use.

To do this, click Menu then Options and select the Network tab. On the Adapters tab you will need to select the network adapter that your computer is using to communicate with your network. Most of the time you will want to select the adapter that begins with 10.x, 192.x or 172.x.

If setting the adapter does not help you will need to verify that you have exceptions in your Firewall and Anti-Malware software. You might also verify that this BlueNote is registered and has not reverted to an expired trial.
