Version 7 - How do I send a message to a specific person?

When you need to send a typed message to one individual or only a group of individuals, you'll want to use the Conversations feature.

Click the Conversations button at the bottom of the Light panel to open up the Conversation window. Then choose one or more users by clicking on each name from the left-hand side list. Begin typing in the cursor window and press Send to deliver the Conversation. Your recipient will see a pop-up in the lower right-hand corner of their monitor.

If there's already an existing Conversation in the History window, click on that Conversation to highlight it, type in the cursor window, and press Respond to thread that message into the Conversation. Your recipient will see a new popup appear in the lower right-hand corner of their monitor.
