SideNotesIM - Remote users on a VPN

Install the VPN Gateway at your main location to allow remote users to connect across your VPN with other SideNotes users on your main network. Choose Customers from the navigation bar to request a link to download the VPN Gateway.

Once the Gateway software is running, choose Help > Show Client Configuration and follow the instructions in that text file to connect remote workstations to the Gateway. To connect more than 20 users on the Gateway be sure to enter a SideNotesIM license under Help > License.

If you have multiple offices and are using SideNotesIM for interoffice (between) as well as intra-office (internal) communication, individual licenses are required for each office.
